SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship orders within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During promotions or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

FREE SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We offer free economy shipping on U.S. orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

CARRIER DELAYS
Delivery delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other events outside our control. Psycho Detailing is not liable for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at psychodetailingllc@gmail.com and include your order number. We’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
