Refund policy

30-Day Returns


We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all orders. To start a return, email us at psychodetailingllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging (with any included parts/accessories)

  • In resellable condition
    We may request photos to confirm item condition before approving a return.

Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at psychodetailingllc@gmail.com with photos of:

  • the item

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label (if available)
    We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items missing original packaging or included components

Sale items are eligible for return unless the product is marked Final Sale.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible). Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
